They tried to make sense of by her screaming but nothing was too see on her body or anyone nearby except them. “Calm down” Yi Chang started with a calm relaxed voice and held her down “What is wrong? Please calm down” he continued and Xiuying Chang lowered her voice and soon stopped screaming. She wanted to answer him but before she could get the chance, her eyes closed and she were fast asleep. Yi Chang felt at her neck and nose before nodding “She is just asleep” as he could hear that Jun Chen wasn’t breading. Jun Chen started to breath heavy but soon back to normal. “Do you have any idea what was wrong with her?” He spoke as he had gotten the air back. Yi Chang thought for a minute before he replied dry “No, but guess you better sleep on the floor next to her to make sure we can help her faster next time” Jun Chen just nodded before running to his hammock to get his pillow and blanket before heading back fast. “Good, now let us sleep as tomorrow we have lots of plans like getting a proper training sword for you and getting a tomb stone made for Xiuying Chang”, “You expect her to die” Jun Chen broke in without thinking or let Yi Chang finish. Yi Chang smile “If you let me finish, then of course not, but I suspect that her nightmares is from her lose of her family which is hitting her hard because she have been so used to have them helping her with anything because her blindness… We will also get Red Spider Lily Incase they doesn’t have any to protect their graves around here.” Jun Chen looked like a question mark about the part with the flower “It is poisonous plants to scare the animals away… I know she doesn’t have any to bury but wants to help the rest of the town too” Jun Chen nodded before yawning “Good night” he tried to say while Yi Chang smile and replied “You too”

The Blind Girl – Chapter 4 – Emperor’s Palace Part 8

“I see two men in a forest, preparing themselves for fighting and it is not going to be a fair fight” She held a break expected an answer form the emperor but the way he held her was answer enough so she continued. “The oldest of the two is in finer clothes than the young one and he has a medallion like mine and I guess he is my father.” She could feel the emperor nodding his head. “The other has a bread and no offense but his body is much like yours emperor…” she expected the emperor to be angry at her now but he kept his calm and gentle hold of her which seemed a bit weird but in right time as suddenly the vision started changing form it’s gentleness to a fight. “The two men are fighting and the young man is hurt” she started to cry and the emperor broke in the story “Stop focusing, I am here” but Xiuying Chang could not stop herself and she started to watch the two men fight and it got wilder and wilder for every second of the fight she witness but before they were going to kill each other the now two bloody men stopped and looked directly in her way and started to run against her like they had seen her watching the fight. She started screaming in the vision and in real life as at first she thought her father would protect her form her the evil man but before she could ask for help, she felt a sword slowly entering her belly, turning her white clothes red and when she tried to scream again her mouth was full of blood leaving no space for the voice to come out. As things started to get dark a man appeared in front of her and sent the men away form her before laying her down in the forest floor and played her hair gentle while saying some unclear words which got turned more and more clear as the darkness covered her vision. “Wake up Xiuying Chang, WAKE UP” It gave a set in her and found her back in the bed with the emperor still holding around her. “I am so sorry, we should never have done this” the emperor started before moving away from her. Xiuying Chang did not know what to say or do other than letting him go. Suddenly her eyes filled with tears and they ran out in fast and big numbers like there were nothing that could stop them. “Come here” her grandfather Yi Chang took the others in surprise and then he held her tightly and somehow she started to clam down and the tears soon dried out. As her breathing was back to normal and her tears was gone, she remembered the screaming in her vision and worried that the emperor had lost his hearing “I am sorry for screaming in your ear, my lord.” The emperor was surprised as he was still worried of the darkness he had made her witness just for him to know who was behind the attack so he kissed her forehead gentle before replying “It is me who is sorry for making you witness it, in the first place” Xiuying Chang yarned as the vision had taking a lot of her energy and replied “I am alright now, just I hope my poor description made sense for you” the emperor nodded but replied “Yes, but you better get some rest now so you can be fresh from your injuries the soonest… Come my friends, lets leave her too sleep” Then she heard the other leave her room and a few good nights before she were all alone in the room.

The Blind Girl – Chapter 3 – The Old Man Part 8

They decided to go to bed for the night as now they have done the first part of the plan and there was no survivors so why rush the plan more than needed. Gang Chen and Ning Chen left the tent leaving Li Chen the only leader in the tent and he walked over to a beaten woman “Now don’t you worry, we will kill your daughter long before she will have a chance to see your look” Ning Wang looked up but before she could reply back Li Chen slapped her face and started to lose her chains from the tent pole and force her over to the bed where he removed the little clothes she had left and started to force her, making her scream of pain but no one care and came to her rescue. Just as the fun part for Li Chen was about to happen Ning Wang managed to scream “You will pay for this” before being slapped again but she continued “Be happy that you have never seen my daughter so she cannot hunt you in your dreams” and as the last word left her mouth she bite him hard the shoulder making him drop the chain and she kicked him and started running out of the tent but before she reached the opening the chain got tight once more and in the next she were laying on the ground and all turned dark. Li Chen looked at her for a second before yelling “Guards” and two soldiers ran into the tent quick “Lock her back up, I am going to sleep now and I won’t be disturbed by anything other than good news about that her daughter is dead” the soldiers nodded as one and started to do as he had commanded while he could go to bed in almost at peace as he wondered why she would say that he should be happy that he had not met her as the only woman he knew who could use a sword was his own sister Ning Chen and if she had been training with a sword then why were she not out in the forest with her father and the rest of the training men. He shook his head to clear his mind as no matter what she would be dead soon as the 12 men would kill her faster than a blink of an eye and with that the thought in mind he feel asleep expecting a good night sleep after all the events from killing his father to destroy the town which failed to help them so many years ago.

The Blind Girl – Chapter 2 – Bloody Meeting Part 8

Suddenly a hand took a hard grasp in her shoulder and moved her away quickly before speaking “Your mom is so worried for you, let us get you home now” Ling Wang new the voice as the oldest of her family servants who always somehow knew where to find her when she needed him. Ling Wang was about to tell about the dead of the other servant and how she had frozen so she not was able to move more but he had a magic touch on her as she could feel her legs again and they started to move as fast they could between the scared people who was still screaming and yelling. Ling Wang worried that they were going to get separated or worse killed like the former servant but nothing bad happened to them and soon they were home. As they got to the gate to the grounds, Ling Wang could hear a horse whinny and she knew something was going to happen but before she could call her mother Lan Wang, she got a big hug and the smells coming from the person could only be her mother. Tears started to rub down her cheeks like small waterfalls while no voice could tell her story and when finally her voice was about to return, a hand just covered it and Lan Wang replied “I know, Cherry, I love you too” they continue to hug until the servant who had transported her there broke in “it is time, my lady” Ling Wang could feel her mother slowly releasing her hug which she did not understand as they were together now so she tried to hold tight but as they were spilt her tears broke out again. Ling Wang could feel her mother’s fingers cleaning her eyes form tears before speaking “I know it is hard for you to understand but you are the lightest of us so you need to be the one who travels to the emperor’s palace and warns the emperor of the attack” the line was long enough for Ling Wang to have a million questions about anything from but when she was about to open her mouth her mother just put a finger on it and she knew there were no time to arguing or answers so she just nodded and tried to look proud like her father had wanted her to be.
