“You will never leave this place alive…” Xiuying Chang could feel the fear started to grow inside her but she could not give up so she focused on the happiness she had before with her family especially her father who had already been there for her when she needed him. “Those happy moments in your life won’t save you from me because of who I am” Xiuying Chang tried to keep her thoughts happy but the voice had gotten under her skin and have started to fill up her body and the hands for her mouth and ears had been joined by many more. “Who are you?” She started to think over and over to force the voice to answer her question and then something happened she had never expected. The hands started to disappear form her body before she knew it only the hand on her was her mouth when the voice almost gentle replied a last time “You…” and suddenly it all was gone and as she blinked her eyes she were back in her bed and she could hear the others snoring outside. She tried to think it all though of what she just had experience or dreamt, she was not sure at all but her body had other ideas and before she knew it, she screamed loud and long. It gave a set in Jun Chen and Yi Chang who jumped out of their hammocks and ran so fast they could to Xiuying Chang and found her still screaming with tears running down her cheek and down on her blanket.
Xiuying Chang closed her eyes as she felt the calm coming from the emperor that was more intense than she had expected the emperor to be so she felt that she had to give him an answer. She started to search her mind for clues and suddenly in the darkness small lights started to flash in front of her. At first it was hard for her to see what it was they were showing as she was not used to colors and light. She took a deep breath to focus on the pictures and notices they were alive and they’re showing to men fighting with swords in the forest. “I don’t know where I get this pictures are coming from, my lord” the emperor smile and replied “Still no need to call me, my lord and just tell me what you see and I will be the judge of if they are real or not” Xiuying Chang focused even harder and noticed that one of the men was her father because she could she the golden dragon hanging around his chest even she had it with her here.
In the meantime in a tent not far from there is three people seating around a table with a big map on it. The three people looks at each other and at the map before the oldest of the three, Li Chen, starts “We need to make plans for the invasion of the entire country so we can rule everything which our father was destine to rule before his brother took it all from him and later us” He stopped and took a small knife from his belt and hammered into the map where Beijing was placed. “Yeah our father was a weakling for first losing it all to his brother and later losing our mother years ago, then lose to the same man today” the only female, Ning Chen, replied making sure that her two brothers knew that she had not turned weak after they had killed their father. The last brother, Gang Chen, looked at the map and replied “I hope the 12 soldiers we sent the girl have done their job of killing her, so we can be sure that Beijing does not get the news about the attack before we get there tomorrow” They nodded in agreement before Li Chen pointed at the south of the map near the sea. “Gang Chen, you take your army and use it to fight all the way south you can so the emperor cannot get help from there” Gang Chen nodded in agreement before Li Chen continued “Ning Chen, you will take your army and force it to the west and make sure that the emperor cannot get help from there” Ning Chen nodded too and Li Chen continued again “I am going to take the main army which our father was going to control to the emperor palace and capture it… of course I will wait to you are back here to kill the emperor and whatever pathetic heir he has.” Their faces turned all in to big smiles, Ning Chen smiled bigger and answered “It felt good to finally to destroy the town which betrayed us so many years ago and I really enjoyed getting my sword covered in the blood of people” She took up her sword which was still bloody form earlier and licked some of the blood. “Cannot wait for the blood of more people, my brothers” The brothers looked at her and each other before laughing loud.
Back at Ling Wang the weather had been changing between heavy rain and light rain a few times so she was started to be a bit cold but she did not want to leave as she was sure here father was on the way home and soon would be here so they could walk together back to her mom. She went to the nearby tree to rest a bit when she heard some foot steps in the grass but before the person could introduce himself she replied “I am not going home now” and pointed the sword in the direction of the steps. The servant started stuttering “Your mom sent me, to bring you home” Ling Wang removed the sword and stood up and started training again as she expected the servant to go his way again but she did not hear any noise in the grass so she stopped her training again and looked directly in the direction of the servant who still was nervous about the sword but managed to continue speaking “your mom have fallen on the grounds back home so she wants to have you by her side” Ling Wang could feel there was something the servant was hiding from her but she did not mind as she was going to wait her to her father came home as they had agreed on before he left 6 months ago. Nothing was said between them when suddenly a weird sound was heard coming from the sky. Ling Wang could not hear what it was except she knew it was not a bird but before she could ask the servant about it, he had pushed and landed on top of her which was about to make her very angry but before she could yell a hand covered her mouth. “We need to leave now, the sound you just heard was an arrow” Ling Wang could feel herself slowly started to freeze so she could not move at all. “Get up now” the servant screamed but no matter how hard she tried she could not move and soon the only thing working was her breathing and tears which had started to form in her eyes. Suddenly she felt a hard grasp in her body as the servant had decided that he had to carry her back home. Soon she was on the back on the servant who started to move fast in the wet grass and muddy ground which made it all harder. As they came closer to the town Ling Wang could hear that the town had come to life she had been away and she heard a happy voice yelling “The men are home” over and over again and she try to make the servant stop even she knew inside that it was not her father and the men who was coming home. Suddenly the happy voice changed to screams as the sky started to get filled with the scary sounds of arrows she had heard on the hill not many minutes ago. He could feel the servant started to run in circles like he was trying to avoid them but it was to no avail as suddenly Ling Wang could feel an arrow go between her hairs and hit the servant right in the back and before she could prepare for impact she was in the muddy ground. “Servant, servant” she screamed but only screams of scared people returned which froze her even more to ice as she had no idea of where in the town she was so there were no way to escape or get home.
